Permanent Hair Reduction:

Hair growth is cyclic and each hair follicle acts independently. The anagen phase is the active phase of hair growth. During a session only these hairs potentially can be permanently destroyed. The catagen phase is next, during this stage the hair bulb regresses and begins to shrink. The third and final stage of hair growth is the Telogen phase; it is the resting phase. Hair is then released from the shrivelled follicles and the anagen phase begins again.

Regular predetermined treatments are necessary in order to progressively target hair in the active phase. The actual number of treatments depends on the colour of your hair and skin, as well as factors such as hormone levels and hair follicle size.  It is usual that approximately 6-8 treatments are required to achieve results.  It is usual that those results will leave approximately 15% of your hair, which will be finer, thinner and lighter.  Results vary dependant on individuals.  Treatments to maintain results are usually required during the following years especially in hormonally targeted growth areas such as the face, underarms and bikini areas.

We offer safe and effective treatment for all skin types. Lasers work by emitting pulses of light energy that is absorbed by the hair follicles. The heat destroys the cells responsible for growing new hair.

Most people experience some mild redness and tenderness in the treated area. This does not interfere with normal activities and usually subsides within hours. In some cases, the redness may last longer but will still be mild and temporary.
